• Escalation management across stakeholders and technical teams during critical events.
• Communications management to keep leadership and stakeholders informed during incidents.
• Tracking recovery actions, dependencies, and blockers to restore services.
• Cross-team operational leadership to align response across monitoring, network, cybersecurity, and vendor teams.
