You will work closely with Store Managers, learn retail operations, and be exposed to leadership development through market travel experiences.

You’ll develop leadership skills, manage store activities, and deliver customer-focused results while contributing to a real business project with leadership presentations at the end.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day‑to‑day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business‑focused project and present findings to leadership.
