Job summary

CVS Health Corporation invites driven students to join a paid 10-week Retail Management Intern program in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience leading a retail team, engaging customers, and learning store operations under Store Managers and District Leaders.

You will complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership, while developing leadership skills and exposure to broader organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desired majors: Business Management, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day operations of a store and support Store Managers.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and stocking during busy periods.
• Analyze business performance to understand impact on customer satisfaction and store results.
• Participate in leadership development and travel experiences within markets.
