Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Students should expect to receive their degree (associate or bachelor) between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desired majors are Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience leading a retail team and engaging customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations with Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership.
• Develop leadership and retail management skills through market travel experiences.
• Support operational activities such as merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking.
