Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Lead In-House Specialist to direct the setup center team, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. The role demands strong leadership, careful inventory control, and hands-on model servicing.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical repair of business equipment, excellent communication and coaching abilities, and a readiness to support sales while maintaining customer relationships. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School and Technical School graduate or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the full Konica Minolta product line.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day direction and manages workflow of three to five employees in the set-up center to meet deadlines.
• Ensures team has necessary parts inventory and tools to efficiently complete work.
• Assists in setup, service and refurbishing of all models; inspects units for quality.
• Operates a motor vehicle and maintains proper territory management.
• Maintains tool kit, supplies and accurate inventory; ensures timely invoicing and expense reporting.
• Provides sales support and builds customer relationships; follows company policies.
