Qualifications

• 5+ years experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day direction and manages workflow of team within set-up center to meet deadlines.
• Ensures team has necessary parts inventory and tools to complete work efficiently.
• Assists in setup, service and refurbishing of all models and inspects units for quality.
