Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to lead on-site installation teams for DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell projects. You will manage subcontractors and internal staff, ensuring compliance with installation standards and safety policies.

Responsibilities include RF testing, fiber and coax work, and coordinating with customers to meet timelines while maintaining quality. Travel to job sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• OSHA 10 hour certification; OSHA 30 preferred.
• 3–5 years of low voltage cable installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation teams including subcontractors.
• Ensure timely completion of CF/field work per standards.
• Coordinate installations with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain safety, quality, and documentation throughout projects.
• Review time logs and manage project timelines.
