Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to lead on-site teams for cellular and public safety In-Building DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell projects. You will manage subcontractors and internal field crews, ensuring safe, compliant installations and timely project completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, reviewing installation documentation, and driving materials readiness. Travel may be required to support project execution and company goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training
• OSHA 10 hour certified (required)
• OSHA 30 hour certified (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license required
• 3–5 years of low voltage cable installation experience (preferred)
• Fiber optic fusion splicing experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and internal field teams.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell systems.
• Ensure materials are ordered and available for installation.
• Coordinate with customers and Market Manager on timelines.
• Review documentation to meet installation standards and safety policies.
• Lead field service technicians and contractors to complete installations per Pierson Wireless standards.
• Travel as needed to support company activities.
