Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to manage the installation of cellular and public safety In-Building DAS, BDA, DRAN, and Rooftop Small Cell systems. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with the Market Manager, and ensure projects progress on schedule.

The role requires strong RF knowledge, experience with installation and testing tools, and willingness to travel to support customer projects. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3–5 years related experience.
• OSHA 10 hour certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• 3–5 years of low voltage cable installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Detail-oriented and results-driven RF technician capable of RF and optical distribution of RF signals.
• Lead on-site teams including subcontractors and internal field teams.
• Coordinate installations and ensure all materials are available at site for installation.
