Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to manage and install cellular DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell systems. Lead on-site teams, coordinate with subcontractors and internal staff, and ensure installations meet Pierson standards and carrier requirements.

You will learn RF surveying, DAS commissioning, and system optimization, with travel as needed. A strong background in RF and fiber, plus leadership skills, is required to drive projects safely and on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3–5 years related experience.
• OSHA 10 hour certification required; OSHA 30 hour preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 3–5 years of low voltage cable installation experience (preferred).
• Fiber optic fusion splicing experience (preferred).
• Weekend and night work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site cables and installations per standards.
• Manage field teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with customers and markets; ensure project timelines.
• Review time logs and safety briefings.
