Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. in Nashville is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman to lead installation of DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell systems. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of low voltage installation experience, knowledge of RF in-building systems, and the ability to read install drawings. Travel to project sites and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3-5 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required; OSHA 10 hour certified.
• OSHA 30 hour certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of low voltage cable installation experience.
• Fiber optic fusion splicing experience preferred.
• Weekend and night work may be required to complete closeout packages and other paperwork.
• 3-5 years of RF in-building systems experience.
• Knowledge of DAS platforms including major vendor systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Install, commission and optimize DAS, BDA, DRAN, and rooftop small cell systems.
• Ensure materials are ordered and site stock is adequate.
• Maintain safety and installation quality documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and Market Manager on timelines.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
