Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Principal Implementation Program Manager to oversee onboarding from discovery through lifecycle support for large, complex engagements, including connected car initiatives. You will coordinate across Sales, Implementation, Care, Product, and third-party partners to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and 100% customer satisfaction.

This role emphasizes strategic direction, governance, and executive communications with a focus on emerging technologies and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional relevant work experience may be considered.
• 4-7 years of formal project/program management experience.
• 4-7 years managing or supporting business customers in Sales/Service/Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding from Discovery to Lifecycle Support for large, complex engagements.
• Oversee contract implementation ensuring deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Implementation, Care, Operations, Product and Vendors.
• Develop and present executive-level status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Define onboarding scope and detailed program plans for strategic initiatives.
• Communicate program status and health to stakeholders at all levels.
