Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Principal Implementation Program Manager to direct all aspects of client onboarding from Discovery through transition to Lifecycle Support for large, complex engagements. You will drive customer satisfaction and strategic direction for T-Mobile for Business, coordinating across Sales, Implementation, Care, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years formal project/program management experience.
• 4-7 years managing or supporting business customers in Sales, Service or Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the Sales process, discovery and strategy sessions, RFP responses, and tracks cross-functional deliverables for complex engagements.
• Defines onboarding program scope and manages detailed onboarding plans for large, complex engagements.
• Identifies stakeholders and ensures alignment with onboarding plan, quality control points and success metrics.
• Lead communicator for overall program status from discovery through lifecycle support, delivering project plans and executive updates.
