notebook. Carry-out data analysis and communicate data to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment. Perform other duties as
    assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS degree with 4 years experience in immunology research, specifically T cell immunology.
  • Cell culture experience with primary cells (PBMCs) with knowledge of specific immune cell type isolations using MACS (Monocytes, CD4+ T cells, B cells).
  • Experience performing ELISA and ELISPOT.
  • Familiar with automating cell-based assays.
  • Detailed knowledge of multi-color flow cytometry operation and data analysis, including experience performing intracellular cytokine staining.
