Job summary

Noë & Associates in Miami is expanding its Innovation Department and seeks a Senior Technical Producer to partner with London and New York teams. You will guide complex projects spanning Digital Twins, CGI animation, AI-driven content generation, and experiential work for a major real estate developer.

You will bridge creative vision and technical execution, maintain schedules and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and studios while delivering on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management for technical or creative technology projects.
• Experience coordinating complex digital twin, CGI, AI-driven content, and experiential work.
• Strong writing to articulate scopes and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Execute Innovation Projects from concept to completion, tracking milestones.
• Coordinate technical workflows involving real-time rendering and 3D assets.
• Draft proposals and create clear documentation for stakeholders.
• Facilitate daily communication between designers, developers, and engineers; liaise with external vendors.
• Maintain detailed project plans, track risks, and manage budgets using Excel, Basecamp, and Jira.
