Together Group’s Noë & Associates New York is seeking an AI Content Producer to lead the engine room behind our AI-driven output. You’ll own schedules, budgets, and coordination to turn client briefs into finished, on-brand deliverables—working with creative technologists, clients, and leadership.

You don’t need to generate content yourself, but you’ll understand the pipeline to plan around it, spot risk early, and keep quality high under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in digital or content production.
• Proven track record managing multi-workstream schedules under deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive client communication.
• Familiarity with fast-evolving toolsets; AI content experience is a plus.
• Experience with production/project-management tools (Asana/Airtable/Monday/Trello).
• Experience managing vendors, freelancers, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production schedules for AI-generated content projects from intake to delivery.
• Coordinate day-to-day between creative technologists, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, resourcing, and prioritisation across concurrent projects.
• Build and maintain production trackers and scalable workflows.
• QA final deliverables against briefs and brand guidelines.
• Lead client-facing status updates and manage revision rounds.
• Coordinate freelance or contractor talent as needed.
• Help document and improve production processes as tools evolve.
