Job summary

Noë & Associates is seeking a VFX Producer to lead the production side of digital content for luxury real estate, hospitality, architecture, and design clients in New York. This role focuses on post-production pipelines (CGI/VFX and generative AI) rather than live-action shoots, with strong emphasis on scheduling, budgets, and resourcing.

You’ll collaborate with art directors, 3D artists, AI specialists, and architects, reporting to Head of Production in a cross-functional Innovation team.

Qualifications

• Experience producing CGI/VFX or 3D visualization for architecture/real estate/hospitality/luxury brands.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules under tight deadlines.
• Experience coordinating in-house teams and external vendors/freelancers.
• Strong client-facing communication and status ownership.
• Familiar with CGI/VFX pipelines and generative AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production scheduling and budgeting across concurrent CGI/VFX and AI-generated content projects.
• Scope projects from brief through delivery, translating requirements into timelines and cost estimates.
• Coordinate in-house artists, AI specialists, and external vendors to stay aligned.
• Act as day-to-day client contact for production status and risk management.
• Track budgets and address scope creep or cost overruns.
• Manage asset delivery, review cycles, and version control across pipelines.
• Stay current on production tools and AI capabilities to plan realistic pipelines.
