The position involves managing multiple lines of communication while balancing client expectations with the day-to-day realities of production. While an interest in architecture or design is not required, it would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the creative team, ensuring clear and effective communication at all stages
• Gather and interpret client briefs, translating requirements to internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
• Manage projects end-to-end, including scheduling, timelines, and resource coordination
• Proactively anticipate challenges and communicate updates or solutions to clients in a timely manner
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for future collaboration
• Oversee project execution across internal departments to ensure a seamless workflow
• Collaborate closely with production teams to track progress and communicate updates externally
• Support team scheduling and resource planning in partnership with production leadership
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards while staying on budget
