Job summary

Salt Productions is seeking a Senior Creative Tech Producer to drive technology-driven projects from concept through execution in a hybrid setup in Los Angeles or New York City. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and serve as the primary client contact, translating complex tech into actionable plans.

You will oversee on-site installation and live execution, mentor junior staff, and ensure deliverables meet client goals with exceptional quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in creative project management with technology-driven projects.
• Proven track record managing large budgets ($500k+) and delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of creative processes, production techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end production process for multiple projects, ensuring timely, scoped, and budget-aligned delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for clients and team members.
• Manage on-site installation, live execution, and deinstallation of project elements.
• Lead client meetings, provide updates, and align on expectations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and forecast financials.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into projects as needed.
• Mentor junior producers and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
