Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking an Imagery Analyst with knowledge of all exploitation facets of imagery and related FSG products. Candidates should possess a basic knowledge of all imagery types to include Order of Battle, image phenomenology, and basic image processing techniques.

As a Mid Imagery Analyst, candidate will guide and support junior analysts in the testing and evaluation of imagery applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 8+ years of imagery analysis or related experience.
• Ability to develop and use more complex concepts and processes.
• Ability to lead imagery-related projects with no supervision.
• Experience with image quality tests, assessments, and sensor initializations.

Responsibilities

• Reports to a manager or head of a unit/department on a weekly basis.
• Management of imagery analysis processes and procedures for the team.
• Establishment of team structure and cadence.
• Providing metrics, reports, and presentations as requested by the government lead and PM
• Work to improve efficiency with team processes
• Contribute to team discussions and recommend improvements.
• Guides and supports junior level personnel
• Conduct root cause problem analysis and develop technical solutions to problems
