Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an Imagery Analyst with broad knowledge of exploitation facets of imagery and FSG products. The Mid Imagery Analyst will guide junior analysts in testing and evaluating imagery applications, supporting the government lead with metrics and presentations.

You will manage imagery analysis processes, establish team structure, and drive efficiency. Requires TS/SCI eligibility and 8+ years of experience, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related

Qualifications

• Imaging analysis experience with diverse imagery types.
• Ability to develop/display standards for imagery via ELT tools.
• Experience leading imagery-related projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience with imagery quality tests, sensor initializations, and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Reports to a manager or head of unit weekly.
• Manage imagery analysis processes and team cadence.
• Establish team structure and cadence.
• Provide metrics, reports, and presentations as requested by government lead/PM.
• Improve efficiency of team processes.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop technical solutions.
