Job summary

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking an Imagery Analyst responsible for leveraging all exploitation facets of imagery and related products. As a Mid Imagery Analyst, you will guide and support junior analysts in testing and evaluating imagery applications to ensure mission success.

Responsibilities include leading team structures, establishing cadences, and providing reports to the government lead.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance (eligible for CI Poly).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 8+ years of imagery analysis experience.
• Ability to develop and use complex concepts and processes.
• Ability to lead imagery projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience with image quality tests, assessments and sensor initializations.
• Ability to design and execute imagery tests/assessments.

Responsibilities

• Report to a manager or department head weekly.
• Manage imagery analysis processes and procedures for the team.
• Establish team structure and cadence.
• Provide metrics, reports, and presentations to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to team discussions and recommend improvements.
• Guide and support junior personnel.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop technical solutions.
