You will mentor engineers and partner with stakeholders to design scalable, secure identity solutions that enable enterprise growth and transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 10+ years in Identity and Access Management or related disciplines.
• 5+ years designing, engineering, and operating enterprise-scale workforce identity platforms.
• Proven experience leading large-scale identity transformation or platform engineering initiatives.
• Demonstrated success as both solution architect and hands-on engineer in complex environments.
• Strong experience designing scalable identity architectures and authentication frameworks.
• Deep expertise in automation and IaC practices.

This role serves as the senior technical authority responsible for designing scalable identity solutions, advancing platform capabilities, and enabling seamless access experiences across the organization.

As a hands-on technical leader, you will guide the delivery of complex identity initiatives, establish engineering standards, and champion automation and modern platform practices. You will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to develop resilient, scalable, and user-centric identity services that support enterprise growth and transformation.

Education & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience designing, engineering, and operating enterprise-scale workforce identity platforms.
• Proven experience leading large-scale identity transformation, modernization, or platform engineering initiatives.
• Demonstrated success serving as both a solution architect and hands-on engineer within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience designing scalable identity architectures, authentication frameworks, lifecycle processes, and access management solutions.
• Deep expertise in automation, infrastructure-as-code practices, and platform engineering principles.
• Experience influencing technical direction and driving outcomes across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership capabilities.
