Job summary

Long Ridge Partners is seeking a senior identity leader to own its directory and workforce identity platform across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud. You’ll shape strategy and roadmap for identity programs.

You will partner with security, risk, and infrastructure teams to implement security standards, governance, and incident response, while mentoring the identity engineering team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure/identity with senior ownership
• Strong background in enterprise directory services and modern cloud identity
• Experience with authentication standards, hybrid identity, and identity security
• Comfortable automating identity work in a regulated environment
• Able to explain complex identity topics to engineers and senior stakeholders
• Track record of leading a team and driving change
