Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; minimum 10 years in estimating/construction.
• Experience estimating hydropower, water treatment, wastewater, or heavy mechanical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-discipline cost estimates and construction schedules.
• Develop detailed estimates for water treatment processes, pumping stations, dams, and conveyance systems.
• Coordinate input parameters and validate material takeoffs for estimates.
• Prepare basis of cost estimate reports and readiness for client review.
• Interface with management and clients for estimating tasks.
• Identify risks and opportunities affecting cost and schedule.
