Job summary

The Foth Companies, a leading science and engineering consulting firm, seeks a Lead Hydrogeologist to advance groundwater projects across multiple sectors. You will provide technical leadership, mentor staff, and work with project managers to shape approaches, budgets, and schedules.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Hydrogeology or related field with 10+ years of experience, including field work and numerical modeling, and have demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hydrogeology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
Minimum 10 years of hydrogeological investigation experience, including 5 years of hands-on field work.
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects with budgets, schedules, regulatory commitments.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical execution of hydrogeological aspects of projects.
Provide project leadership on complex, multi-disciplinary projects, including budgeting and scheduling.
Develop numerical analyses for groundwater and surface water systems in support of permitting and site remediation.
Teach and mentor other team members and act as a hydrogeology resource.
