The Foth Companies is seeking a Lead Hydrogeologist to lead the technical execution of hydrogeological projects and mentor team members. The role involves estimating project costs, guiding technical approaches, and developing regional groundwater characterization strategies.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in hydrogeology, including field experience, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary efforts with budgets, schedules, and regulatory commitments. Expert witness experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hydrogeology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of hydrogeology experience, including at least 5 years in the field.
• Experience coordinating and executing field characterization programs (aquifer testing, profiling, modeling).
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects with budgets, schedules, and compliance.
• Experience integrating hydrogeologic studies with feasibility analyses and alternatives.
• Experience providing expert witness testimony at environmental hearings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical execution of hydrogeological aspects of projects.
• Work with project managers to estimate project costs and consult on technical approach.
• Develop technical approaches for regional hydrologic characterization of groundwater systems.
• Provide project and technical leadership on complex, multi-disciplinary projects, including managing budgets, scope, schedule, regulatory and contractual commitments.
• Develop and implement technical approaches for numerical analysis of groundwater and surface water systems for permitting, development and remediation.
• Teach, mentor and develop other team members in hydrogeology.
