Withum PC is seeking a Trust and Estate Tax Manager to lead engagements across multiple offices, including Boca Raton, FL and other locations. The role requires overseeing staff, developing tax strategies, and maintaining client relationships in a hybrid work setup.

You will review tax returns, research complex matters, and identify planning opportunities while traveling as needed. A CPA or JD/MS in Taxation with 5+ years of experience is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA license, JD or Masters of Science in Taxation is required.
• At least 5 years of prior experience in a public accounting tax department, with experience leading engagements and supervising staff.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review tax returns (individual, trust, partnership, and corporate) for accuracy.
• Research and draft memoranda on complex tax matters.
• Identify and implement tax planning opportunities.
• Handle and resolve tax controversies.
• Oversee tax research projects for diverse clients and industries.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently with teams to meet deadlines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff and lead training sessions.
