Job summary

Brady Corporation seeks a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the Non-ERP, Engineering, and CCEX systems within the Panther PSS IT organization. Located in Fort Mill, SC, this executive role oversees a ~25-person global team, driving strategy, stability, and optimization of critical applications during and after the corporate separation.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise IT, 7+ years managing software teams, and deep CCEX/CRM architecture knowledge across Salesforce, SAP Hybris,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT application management, software engineering, or technical leadership.
• 7+ years of experience directly managing multidisciplin ary software engineering, development, and system analyst teams, including managers and offshore partners.
• Deep knowledge of CCEX architectures, including CRM (Salesforce), e-commerce (SAP Hybris), Marketing Automation (Marketo, Demandbase), and MDM (PIM/Informatica).

Responsibilities

• Oversee three IT streams (~25 staff total): CCEX, Engineering, Non-ERP Applications.
• Drive CCEX ecosystem architecture, including digital frontends, CRM portals, and back-office integrations.
• Ensure robust integrations with ERP (SAP) and data warehousing (Snowflake).
• Provide technical leadership for on-site manufacturing test engineering and OT systems.
• Collaborate with IMO on TSA exit plans, Day 1 readiness, and stabilization targets.
