East Dayton Metro is seeking a Lead HVAC Service Technician to perform advanced service, diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial systems. You will work independently, deliver excellent customer service, and mentor teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA Section 608 certification required.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex service calls.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Interest in professional growth and leadership opportunities.
• Able to pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsabilités

• Services, maintains, diagnoses, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoots complex HVAC malfunctions and determines repair solutions.
• Provides customers with clear explanations of system conditions and options.
• Identifies opportunities for system improvements while staying customer-focused.
• Maintains high workmanship standards and customer satisfaction.
• Assists with HVAC installations and provides technical support as needed.
• Mentors other technicians as the team grows.
• Keeps vehicle and work area organized, clean, and safe.
