DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician Lead who can deliver the best customer experience while training and assisting other technicians as you complete quality repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC technician experience.
• EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to train and mentor other technicians.
• Positive, team-oriented leadership with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC technicians and assist with quality repairs and maintenance.
• Train and mentor other technicians to improve service delivery.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction on every call.
