Job summary

Beck’s Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to oversee field diagnostics, perform high-quality residential maintenance and replacement installs, and mentor junior technicians. The role prepares you for growth into a Service Manager position as the company expands.

Expect to lead installations, ensure code-compliant work, and maintain equipment, vehicles, and documentation while delivering exceptional customer service in the North Shore area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of verifiable residential HVAC service, diagnostic troubleshooting, and installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required; NATE Certification strongly preferred.
• Mastery of residential heating and cooling systems, air distribution, electrical diagnostics, and control circuits.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems across the North Shore area.
• Lead and oversee installation and service projects, ensuring work meets local codes and Beck’s quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices in field practices and safety.
