Job summary

ERMC Aviation LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to lead service teams, troubleshoot complex cooling and heating systems, and coordinate with outside contractors. You will develop departmental goals, manage multiple projects, and be available for emergencies, including weekends and nights.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in facility maintenance, EPA 608 and HVAC certifications, and robust knowledge of energy management systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of energy management systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Experience with pneumatic and DDC control systems.
• Experience maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work 8-hour shifts including weekends/nights.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

• Develop and execute departmental and distribution goals.
• Lead other service technicians and coordinate with contractors.
