Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an HVAC Technician III in Boston to lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and facility systems. You will supervise apprentices, support BAS and CMMS, and ensure GMP and safety compliance while delivering reliable, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years’ experience, BMS/CMMS proficiency, and strong communication to collaborate with multiple teams. The role is on-site with competitive benefits and pay.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience.
• Experience with BMS and CMMS.
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP and OSHA.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration and facility systems.
• Lead and coordinate HVAC-related work and mentor apprentices.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and support BAS.
• Operate and monitor alarms and system controls.
• Ensure GMP documentation and safety compliance.
