The role requires coordinating with apprentices, supporting BAS commissioning, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while delivering reliable operations.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience.
• Experience operating BMS and CMMS systems.
• Knowledge of GMP/Pharma-related regulations and OSHA policies.

Responsabilidades

• Complete work requests and maintenance projects with minimal supervision.
• Escort vendors and ensure SOP compliance.
• Operate and understand building automation sequences (BMS Metasys).
• Monitor systems and respond to alarms; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Lead routine and non-routine maintenance; perform root-cause analysis.
• On-call duties on a rotating basis for emergencies.
• Maintain safe, clean work environments and adhere to GMP.
