Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and refrigeration units.
Lead preventive maintenance schedules to ensure reliability and compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to identify system improvements and implement energy-saving initiatives.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to support operational transparency and compliance.
Respond promptly to emergency HVAC system failures to minimize production downtime and ensure workplace safety.
Train and mentor junior HVAC technicians to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and safety standards.
