Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support critical facilities with maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems. You will respond to alarms, complete work orders, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining safety and uptime.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in facility maintenance, a valid driver license, and the ability to work overtime including weekends. HVAC license is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with basic technical aptitude.
• 3+ years in commercial facility maintenance or HVAC related work.
• Holds a valid driver license; HVAC license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs, troubleshooting, basic repairs and installations on commercial HVAC systems.
• Respond to trouble calls including alarms and ensure timely closure of work orders.
• Maintain records of parts and materials, order supplies as needed.
• Maintain safe working environment and comply with safety programs.
