Johnson Controls is seeking a results-focused Systems Engineer in Cranston, RI to supervise hardware, software and network commissioning for projects. You will ensure compliance with codes and safety while delivering cost-effective engineering and high customer satisfaction.

You will hire and mentor engineers, drive process improvements, and coordinate with Major Projects and Branch teams to meet deadlines and stay under budget.

Competenze

• Associate or Technical degree with 3+ years of related HVAC experience or equivalent work history.
• Ability to lead and empower a team of Engineers.
• 8+ years of demonstrated HVAC industry knowledge.
• Knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls and building automation systems.

Mansioni

• Supervise a team of Engineers overseeing hardware, software, and network level commissioning.
• Develop processes to ensure cost-effective engineering and on-time delivery.
• Lead selection of controllers and devices to meet specs while minimizing installation costs.
• Provide advanced technical support and act as regional expert in application engineering.
• Collaborate with Major Projects and Branch teams to ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
• Maintain high engineering standards and safety practices.
