Job summary

IES Residential is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor for residential new construction projects. You will oversee crews, ensure quality installations, and maintain safety and timelines on site.

The role requires leadership, blueprints reading, and coordination with builders and project managers. English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus; a valid driver's license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years HVAC installation experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Read blueprints and measure walls.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year driving record.
• Clean background screening and pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Read blueprints and coordinate installations on new construction sites.
• Conduct site inspections, integrity tests, and quality assurance checks.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Manage scheduling, labor, materials, and project progress.
• Train and mentor field employees.
• Maintain strong communication with builders, project managers, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
