Job summary

IES is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee residential new construction projects in Fort Myers, FL. You will supervise installers and subcontractors, read blueprints, coordinate installations, and ensure quality and safety on site.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training field staff, maintaining OSHA compliance, and keeping projects on schedule. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HVAC installation, supervisory experience, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years HVAC installation experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and measure walls.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year driving record.
• Clean background screening and pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installers, technicians, and subcontractors
• Read blueprints and coordinate installations on new construction sites
• Conduct site inspections, integrity tests, and quality assurance checks
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Manage scheduling, labor, materials, and project progress
• Train and mentor field employees
• Maintain strong communication with builders, project managers, and customers
• Perform additional duties as assigned
