IES Residential is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor for residential new construction projects. You will oversee crews, ensure quality installations, and maintain safety and timelines on site.

The role requires leadership, blueprints reading, and coordination with builders and project managers. English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus; a valid driver's license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years HVAC installation experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Read blueprints and measure walls.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year driving record.
• Clean background screening and pass a drug test.
