Job summary

Rack Air, a division of Rack, is seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Field Service Specialist to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems at residential and light commercial sites in Boca Raton. You will train, mentor, and lead a route team, communicating clearly with customers and ensuring safety and quality.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to handle on-call emergencies while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience, residential service focus
• EPA Certification is required
• Valid Driver’s License with at least two years of driving experience

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential and light commercial sites to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Explain findings and recommendations to customers in clear, friendly language
• Complete installations and system upgrades with precision and safety
• Document work performed and keep workspace and vehicle clean and organized
• Participate in on-call rotation and support emergency service needs
