Job summary

Hood Builder, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Install & Service Technician to join our growing team. You will lead residential and light commercial HVAC projects, diagnose and repair systems, perform preventive maintenance, and enforce safety standards.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification is required.
• 5–7+ years of HVAC installation and service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems

No Sales Pressure

Do you enjoy helping customers but dislike aggressive sales quotas? You'll be glad to know there are no mandatory sales quotas. However, if you identify opportunities to provide additional solutions for customers, we offer commission-based incentives that allow you to increase your income.
