Job summary

Walmart seeks a Technician, Facility Services, HVAC-Refrigeration in Victoria, TX to install, calibrate, and service commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across facilities. You will interpret plans, diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure code compliance under supervision.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification with 2+ years in mechanical maintenance or related field.
• 4 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field or equivalent.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant handling certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC and refrigeration systems including ductwork and control panels.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and minimize downtime.
• Lead field teams and mentor Techs and Apprentices on procedures and safety.
• Operate company vehicle and coordinate service calls within assigned region.
