Job summary

Walmart is hiring an experienced HVAC/R supervisor responsible for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of large-scale refrigeration and cooling systems. You will lead diagnostics, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate field teams across projects.

Role requires strong technical knowledge, team leadership, and the ability to mentor associates while ensuring regulatory adherence and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams preferred.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees installation and commissioning of HVAC/R systems.
• Leads diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Implements preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
• Mentors technicians and coordinates field teams; manages escalated service issues.
• Maintains OSHA standards and EPA refrigerant handling protocols.
