Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HVAC Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for complex commercial HVAC systems for a large client. The role sits within Engineering and Technical Services and supports preventive maintenance and repairs.

You will perform maintenance, inspections and troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards while coordinating with team members. Day, evening, and night shifts are available with occasional overtime and on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires Refrigeration license or Universal 608 certification.
• Commercial real estate experience required.
• Ability to carry heavy loads up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Install, repair, calibrate, service and maintain HVAC control systems and related instruments.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify best corrective actions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across multiple disciplines within the function.
