Job summary

Candidate must have Vocational/Technical Training and 0-5 years of experience, plus an EPA 608 license. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely delivery of validated units.

Qualifications

• Requires Vocational/Technical Training or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of industry experience or equivalent.
• EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily testing activities and assign tasks to team members.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow to meet deadlines.
• Ensure quality control standards are consistently met.
• Maintain accurate testing records and reports.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement culture.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and other departments.
• Lead team meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
