The tester will coordinate co-worker activities, train new staff, and ensure parts availability to meet schedules. The position requires effective communication with management and cross-department collaboration to deliver high-quality units

Qualificações

• Requires Vocational/Technical Training to meet entry-level requirements.
• 0-5 years industry experience or equivalent.
• EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant license required/preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the work of co-workers to meet production standards and schedules.
• Train new employees to maintain performance.
