Job summary

AAON, Inc. seeks a Quality Team Leader to train and supervise line workers assembling and installing sub-assembly components for commercial HVAC products.

You will ensure quality standards, maintain schedules, and act as the primary contact for line issues on a busy manufacturing floor. Ideal candidates meet the 18+ requirement with a high school diploma, can read blueprints, use hand tools, and communicate clearly with management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure unit standards for quality and productivity.
• Train team members on assembling and installing sub-assembly components.
• Verify proper assembly and installation of units and parts.
• Schedule production time to meet targets.
• Print and verify work order packets; manage paperwork for sub-assemblies and end-of-line checks.
• Enforce warehouse safety and housekeeping standards; inspect blueprints and drawings.
