ThermalWorks LLC is seeking a Service Manager, Preventative Maintenance (U.S.) to lead preventive maintenance programs for ThermalWorks equipment deployed in the U.S. market. The role oversees PM contract delivery, renewal performance, field execution quality, and long-term equipment reliability.

Responsibilities include defining PM scopes, leading U.S. PM teams and partners, ensuring safety and quality, and driving improvements using field data.

Competenze

• 8+ years management experience.
• 5+ years technical, data center cooling/HVAC experience.
• Proven experience building and scaling preventive maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated leadership of distributed field teams.

Mansioni

• Own PM standards, schedules, and documentation for U.S. sites.
• Define PM scopes, frequencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead U.S. PM teams and approved service partners.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement using field data and trend analysis.
• Provide operational oversight for service call workflows and SLA alignment.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify early failure trends.
